Chloe's First Baseball Game

*April has been to a ball game...

Chloe got to go to her first baseball game on Sunday afternoon!  She had a WONDERFUL time and also lasted through all 11 innings! :)

She told me about fireworks, seeing boats, getting ice cream, and showed me her new soap pump (it was the free item at the ballpark that day) .... so, that seemed like plenty to keep her occupied! :)

She is so cute. I can see she was having a good time there by looking at her eyes and her smile :-)

Spring has sprung?

This week has brought some strange weather! On Saturday, it was freezing while we watched Peter's baseball game - it was the "late night, under the lights" 8:00 pm game. and my toes were numb when the game was over. Then, Sunday was beautiful weather to watch soccer! April scored TWO goals in her game! We had a silent-auction at a church lunch on Sunday to raise money for the Youth Group Missions Trip. Peter bid on a cooler full of interesting flavored soda-pop....and he won! The first one he tried? Pickle Pop.  For a few years, our neighborhood has been the area of choice for a few mallard ducks to nest. The momma duck picked my neighbors' driveway this year...it seems like Spring must be coming if there are eggs!

Crazy May

As is typical with three active kids, we've had a busy last few weeks! Photos coming soon of the dance recital, Peter's birthday party, school activities and more :)  Here is our May started: No power for 5 days! A wind-storm went through our area and several power lines were knocked over. We did have school for 3 days. The weather was perfectly sunny and 70 degrees, so it wasn't too bad :)

Happy 4th Birthday Chloe!

You are growing into a compassionate, cheerful, young lady! We love you Chloe and are looking forward to this year with you!! 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013
