Moving Up

Something new is happening around here.....see if you can guess what, based on the pictures :)

10 Months

Why is this happening?  TWO months away from his first birthday? How is it possible!! It's easy to see why this boy has stolen my heart.  I mean. Does it get much better: Cool dude, with a binky.  Peter is probably about 19 pounds or so.  Eats everything in sight, dropped down to nursing three times a day.  After a week of refusing a bottle, he now takes one!  He's a "active" sleeper.... Crawling anywhere where he shouldn't be is something this boy loves.  We have started keeping the bathroom door shut all the time and small toys are kept far from his grasp.  He's going to love the warm weather (if it ever gets here) because the few times we've played outside recently, he's enjoyed sitting and watching his sisters, and the cars going by! Always moving, always investigating.  Also, who doesn't love a baby in a hat! :)

Daddy Daughter Dance

Do you see the excitement in Chloe and April's face? :)  Saturday was the Daddy Daughter Dance, hosted by our church, and Kevin was the lucky guy to bring these sweet girls. They had a blast. Chocolate fountain. The limbo. April won a door-prize.  Couldn't get any better. This dude was my date for the night.  Ate a ton and went to bed early -- perfect! :)

9 month comparisons

Looking through old photos to find the "green onesie pictures" made me pull out ones that are similar of Chloe, April, and Peter.  Always fun for the mom to look through :)  Enjoy!

Long Winter

I don't mind winter. I like to watch peaceful snow falling from the sky...I like hot chocolate...in a past life I enjoyed skiing or snow tubing during the winter.... This winter is lasting a long time.  We've had a lot of days of preschool delayed or canceled.  Many activities canceled.  All this week Chloe hasn't had school!!  Of course, Peter used this long winter to start crawling.  He's getting fast, so when downstairs he has to stay in his "pen" if I'm not around.  Too many little toys and pieces for him to try to eat! Enjoy these pictures of the "long winter" :)
