My Little Loves

Yesterday’s gone, sweet Jesus And tomorrow may never be mine Lord, help me today, show me the way One day at a time ~ Christy Lane, One Day At A Time

8 months

Look at what this sweet boy is trying to do: and he gets this far and then doesn't know what to do .... which is okay with this mama! :) Peter is eating 3 meals a day, nursing each time and also nursing before bedtime. He's tried banana, pears, peaches, applesauce, blueberries, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, mashed potoates, cananelli beans, puffs of all kinds, and cheerios.  Loves everything :) Recently, Peter has started waving.  So adorable.  He also likes to sit up and play with toys near his sisters.  He takes two great naps everyday!  We love you Peter!

Snow!

Everyone liked going out in the snow :)  Even Peter ~ I laid him down and he was so excited, his little arms and legs made a mini-snow-angel!
This is a new hobby, which these girls either play ALL day, or not at all.  Fun, but they hurt when stepped on! :)

End of Year Festivities

What a wonderful time of year.  Our girls wanted to sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and pray before heading out to see what was under the tree for them.  It was also requested that we have a birthday cake for breakfast -- so that's what we did :)  I think Dad would like to have an "egg casserole cake", but this year it was just vanilla ;) We got to see my side of the family on Christmas day and the day after....then we were on the road and visited with Kevin's grandparents and extended family, then spent a few days with his parents, brother, and sister-in-law.  I'm just going to post the pictures, they are pretty self explanatory! :) Kevin got Peter a tool box this year.  Next year and the years to come, Peter will get a real tool to put in this box and will end up with a nice collection by the time he's grown up! Peter got an R2D2 puff-ball from Mawna and Pap....Kevin declared it the best gift of Christmas ;)
