Proudly Introducing:

We are excited to introduce our nephew/cousin, Connor William born January 21st. He was 6 pounds, 11 ounces and 19 inches long. Here are some pictures from his first few days: On his birthday, about an hour after he was born, Aunt Alison introduced herself: Sweet little face Aunt Alison and Uncle Kevin!!! Could he get any more adorable? We love you Connor and are so glad you have arrived! Can't wait to watch you grow up - Uncle Kevin will teach you how to golf, Aunt Alison will tell you everything you want to know about your Mom, and Cousin Chloe will be your partner in crime! :)

Chloe's New Faces

Click on this first one to enlarge it to see Chloe's "kissy face" :) A blurry picture, but shows that she can roll her tongue! Ha! Maybe the pigtails were too tight :)

Dad is so much fun!

Although she's sometimes shy when he first gets home, Chloe does love her Dad. :) He does cool things with her like play basketball: Chloe needs to improve her skills a little ;) and....he takes her out in the snow! She cried when they came back in because she was having so much fun! They made a snow angel and made a path through the deep snow :)

24 Weeks & Babies!

We're moving right along and pretty soon we'll be meeting this little girl! She's growing and moving a lot these days and the other day Chloe felt her kick....although I'm not sure if Chloe knew it or not! Chloe will also point to my belly and say baby which is very cute :) Before we meet this little girl we'll have a nephew added to our family ~ my sister Laura is due in a few more days!! Can't wait to meet their baby! We had a chance to catch up with our friends Brad and Kelli and meet their little boy earlier this week. Emmalyn and Chloe had a good time playing together and Jameson didn't mind being passed around the room!

Ringing in the New Year

The last of our traveling happened over New Years weekend when we went to visit with Laura and Bill. We had dinner after we arrived on Friday night, stayed up late to get to midnight (and then went to bed at 12:15...or at least, I did!), woke up on Saturday for "Christmas morning". The boys went shooting in the afternoon and the girls had a pedicure party watching the recorded Rose Parade. Sunday we went to church (Laura and I confused a bunch of people!!) and then headed back. We had a great time all together and can't wait to get the call that our nephew is on his way! Enjoy these pictures from the weekend:

The 26th and 27th

Here we go with the next few days of Christmas: On the 26th my dad's side of the family got together, like we always do, and had a great meal, fellowship, and a gift exchange. Chloe and Grace had a fun time wandering around together - mostly up and down a little step between the living room and family room. I drew Erin's name and Kevin drew Jared's name so we did a group gift for them - a new camp stove and some accessories :) Erin had my name this year and gave me a beautiful display jar, earrings and a sparkly scarf.....which I don't have any pictures of because it's hard to take a picture and unwrap a gift at the same time! :) Laura and Bill were unable to travel because of their soon-to-come-baby, but we had them on a webcam for the gift exchange part of the evening. Here is Chloe saying hello to them on the computer: We left directly from my grandma's house to Kevin's grandparents - and it ended up working pretty well....Chloe fell asleep and stayed
