Fall Fun!

We tried a new pumpkin patch this year (since we had to miss our annual trick-or-treat with cousins) and it was a fun day! We did the corn maze and I was thankful for my husband's good sense of direction! There was a candy-cannon that blasted 60 pounds of candy. There were also pig-races which was hysterical! While the announcer was getting the squeal-leaders ready (Peter held the yellow flag!), he was telling jokes. The first one "What do you get when you cross a pig and a millipede" April knew the answer and shouted it out!  "Bacon and legs!"....and the announcer seemed shocked that someone knew the correct answer! haha - she reads her joke books a lot :)

Life Lately

Last Friday we took our last 5-year old to do a bike ride downtown.  He has been getting pretty good on his bike so Kevin told him we could go.  It was the perfect morning - hardly anyone there :) We went to a birthday party last weekend too - pig themed!  This girl wore pink so she was on-theme and posed with this nose. My girls enjoy phone filters ;)   Open House for April this week - I think she made a perfect likeness for her "person"!! Car-line sometimes means taking pictures to pass the time. On this day, we saw April out at recess!
