I love celebrating :) We had such a great time visiting with both sides of the family (plus our "adoptive" family, my brother-in-law's parents and siblings). Here are some pictures of Peter's birthday, Peter and Brooke's party and the day after. On the 22nd we sang to Peter at lunchtime and had cupcakes. I think he liked it! What is this thing on my head? I'm going to pull it off. Hm. I think I like this! He dug right in, loved the icing :) On the 23rd we had a joint party with Brooke. Here we are singing. Peter is eying the cupcake....Brooke is playing it cool. What are these people doing? Singing? These people are doing it too! Peter is excited. Brooke is still cool-girl. Massaging the icing. LOOK at those little fingers, careful not to touch the messy icing. Oh yeah. I got this. Mom, why did you give me this? I am going to mash this into every part of my hands.
