Camping

Headed back to a favorite campground this summer with my parents and sisters.  We had wonderful weather and a fun time together! Here are some pictures from the weekend: coloring Birthday gift from Hoffmans! (legos!!!) Brooke decided to just walk around looking ridiculously cute in her swim suit and glasses :) more gifts! from the Davis' - a travel bag for her American Girl doll! Sweet April getting tickled (almost to death) by Pap. "Hey girl. Love my swim shirt?" "Hey boys! Got some goggles here!" Chloe figured out she could blow water through the pool noodle! Almost unbelievably, Smokey the Bear was at the campground.  Take a moment to remember the other time we met him: Poor Aunt Chelle volunteered to take Chloe up, not knowing she'd throw the biggest freak-out.  Then Kevin took her, screaming the whole way... Uncle Bill wasn't scared! Baby April wasn't scared either.  Fast-forward t

Family Fun

Last Wednesday we drove to Idlewild for a day of fun!  We started at "Storybook Forest" which has many different nursery-rhyme-set-ups and the girls had a lot of fun! So did Peter, as you'll see in the next few pictures :) We came across Geppetto, who was making Pinocchio dance.....so Peter joined in: We also saw Peter's pumpkin....this sign made our Peter sad ;) It was Chloe's birthday -- had to stand next to her new number! :) Who doesn't love a giant ball pit? In line for the wooden roller coaster: but the carousel was more April's style (she rode it 6 times while we were there!!) There is a water park in Idlewild, which we did, but I didn't take any pictures.  Here we are on the way to find some dinner.....stopping to "fish" was a must: and they won a prize! Mawna with her "pineapples" We basically closed the park! Peter was the best baby ever, the girls were having such

Six

Chloe is 6 years old today.  I told her last night I was excited to meet 6-year-old-Chloe, and she told me that she would be the same just a different number. :) This girl is growing growing....and starting Kindergarten in 15 days. She's got a missing tooth and picked out a Lego Friends backpack. She requested cooked carrots and mac-and-cheese as her birthday dinner and enjoys riding her bike so much that its the first thing she asks to do everyday. That, and "watch a show" are the two things I hear her say the most. She's energetic, a quick learner, cautious, and is learning how to deal with her many emotions.  Growing up way to fast. We love her! August 2014 September 2014 October 2014 November 2014 December 2014 January 2015 February 2015 March 2015 April 2015 May 2015 June 2015 July 2015 August 2015
