Kevin and Alison

Peter is 3 months old!  He is a delight :)   Peter eats every three hours during the day and sleeps from 8:30 to 7 (with a late night feeding in there around 10:30).  He's a happy guy most of the time!  Peter was baptized on August 24th, right after he turned 3 months ;)  He has discovered his hands, "talks" a lot, and is still wiggling almost constantly!!  Chloe and April continue to love him! How could you not love this sweet face?!

Chloe got to celebrate a lot this year :)  First, with her family .... Chloe had received this squirt gun from Uncle Mark and Aunt JungMin when we were at the beach - this was the first time we tried it.  Works great! Then a friends party with her best girlfriend Claire (who turned 5 two days after Chloe)... Claire's mom made the cakes - isn't this beautiful?! and THEN, an extended-family party over the weekend.  How wonderful to be so loved by so many :)  We know she had a wonderful time :)

 

Our August began with a trip to the Poconos.  Of course, we stopped in at Mimi and Poppop's for an overnight to break up the driving.  We visited with Mrs. Faye (Hi!!) while we were there :) April snoozed in the car on the way to the Poconos... Peter and Brooke hanging out inside ~ it was chilly in the mornings...but otherwise it was nearly perfect weather.  Not too hot, not too cold, just right!  The kiddos got to take a tractor ride (look at Connor's happy face, while Chloe is so serious!). The three amigos.  Goofy, but loveable! On Sunday, we drove to the beach....April slept in the car.... As a girl, my family always went to the beach the same evening we got there - just in case, say, a hurricane came and you had to leave the next day....at least you had seen the waves.  So, when we arrived at the beach house, we hurried to put on our suits and walk to the water. I could live on the beach.  I love it. This is one happy lady :)...a
