Growing Up!

Aunt Michelle got these adorable dresses for the girls.  I sent her these pictures and she said "the only thing I don't like is that they look so big!"  I agree! Still cuties though :)

Connor Visit Part #2

Thursday was a hang-out in the morning day...just doing a little jammin on the guitar... and mid-morning we headed up to see Mommom Ritter.  Nothing like having 3 active kiddos in a small apartment, but it was okay :) We had a nice lunch at Applebees, met up with my mom for a wander-around-Target and then headed home for naps.  Laura and I took the kids to the pool that evening, and Chloe will proudly tell you that she jumped in and can breathe under water...with Aunt Laura.  No One Else. Friday we did bubbles and outside playing in the morning...a Pinterest idea that actually worked - covered the cut-off end of a water bottle with an old washcloth, dipped it in bubbles, and then the kids blew through the top of the bottle.  It created a bubble...blob :) and it was fun! Uncle Kevin got a new helper with the lawn cutting! This was probably around 11 in the morning...and it was already 85 degrees. Hot Hot Hot. Since Kevin had the day off, we took advantage

Connor's Visit Part 1

You've seen the video of our Sunday evening with Connor - my parents came down for pizza and playing, and these three had a ball.  Connor usually comes to our house around holidays, and that doesn't afford too much playing time. His requests on Sunday night before bed were "vaccuming" and "playing downstairs".  Easy peasy! That's what we did on Monday... Monday night we had dinner and then went to my parents church to play.  Connor got a little over-heated that night, so Tuesday we made sure he kept cool:  The next popular request was "go to the dancing library"....which means, he wanted to go to a class at our library.  He didn't dance.... but he did have fun at the train table! Wednesday morning we went to church for my Bible Study, and then later in the evening, Connor was reunited with his Mom!! :)  We've been talking about doing this since the spring, and Wednesday night it happened: G

Happy Birthday Kevin!

We hope you enjoy your day! You are a great Dad and always doing fun things :) I hope the girls want to follow you forever :) Thanks for making 30 look so good...now I'm married to an old man ;) Love you!

Happy Birthday Laura!

I hope we'll always raise a hand to each other when passing by... Have great fashion sense..... and be great friends :) Happy THIRTY years Sister!

We're too busy....

...having fun with our cousin. Connor is here this week with us! Enjoy this video, and pardon the shaking at the beginning and the hysterical laughter at the end...I couldn't keep it in any longer. (ps: Chloe's song lyrics are "you're pretty on the inside, God"...which she's taken from our devotion the other night about how God sees your beauty on the inside, not how you look on the outside)
