Weekend

We had a great weekend - loving the cooler weather....

This picture is from earlier in the week, on a night that Kevin had something after work, and Chloe must have been missing him. She carried around his hat for a little while:

and then decided to kiss it:

Chloe learned how to walk the dog...and loves to watch it following her. Sometimes that means she bumps into things, because she's not watching where she's going!

Mimi and Mrs. Faye, this picture is for you. Chloe wore a dress that Mimi got her to church on Sunday, and of course, Baby Faye (her favorite baby doll) came to church with her.

Chloe was napping during the Steelers game, but she put on her Eagles outfit to watch the game with Dad. Maybe by the end of the season she'll know how to do the sign for "touchdown!" :)

Here are the Eagles fans in January:

and on Sunday:
Kevin looks about the same.....Chloe looks really different! :)

First of all, Chloe does not look good in Teal... I think Black and Gold look much better on her skin tone... ;)

Second of all, how cute are those Sunday shoes!!!!!! :) Oh, girls have all the fun... maybe my little guy will have a bow tie! ;)

OK Kevin,

You keep dressing her in your team colors! I respect the loyalty! I would be remiss if I didn't say I thought she would look good in a steelers outfit, but she still looks cute in that ea... eagl... eastern Pennsylvania outfit :-) I got your back Kevin!

Baby Pool

Want to guess when Baby #2 is going to arrive? Post a comment, or send me an email, with your guess and I'll add you in! As a review, here are the rules to the game (taken from Heather Deterding!): 1. Post your guess for the baby's arrival in the "comment" section. Be sure to specify both date and time of day -- either "am" or "pm". 2. Limit one guess per person, and only one entry per time slot-- no sharing! 3. Winner is determined based on time of birth. For example, if the baby is born on April 20th at 7 AM, a guess of "April 20th, AM" would be the winner. In the event that there is no entry for the correct arrival time, the next closest guess based on actual time of birth would win. 4. We will post entries on the Calendar above. Check prior entries before placing your guess! Dates not displayed on the calendar above are still up for grabs. 5. The winner will receive... bragging rights and a congratulatory post h...

Chloe at 11 months

I can hardly believe that Chloe will have her 1st birthday next month. She is getting increasingly mobile these days - her 'crawl' is getting faster and faster. She is also pulling up on anything she trusts and occasionally cruises from one place to another. If you watched the video, you have also seen that she can use the walker...but needs Dad's help on the turns :) Chloe still loves music of any kind ~ she sways back and forth when the music starts. Singing will bring her out of any temper tantrum or pout. She likes to be outside and still tries to eat rocks...something we're still slowly learning... Over Memorial Day, Chloe had quite an interest in the American flag and at the 4th of July we found that her love hadn't faded and she carried around the flag all day. She likes her new toys (nesting boxes and a "push the button, door pops open") but is still interested in some of her old ones. She likes anything with a lid and has a new fascination ...
