Farewell to 2021

 We had an interesting end to 2021! We had a quiet Christmas with Chloe having covid. We didn't separate from her or anything but kept ourselves at home. Eventually we got to see most everyone we would have seen on the 25th and are planning a visit to see Kevin's side of the family soon!


Even if it was quiet, we had a lot of fun! Enjoy the photos :)

Thanksgiving Turkey

My brother-in-law raises turkeys, and we had one on Thanksgiving this year! It was a 31 pound turkey and took up a lot of space in my refrigerator for a few days before the holiday. I started the cooking process early so it was done by lunchtime.  Here is the turkey, barely fitting into my oven!  "the farmer and the chef" :)
