It all started the Saturday before April's birthday....with a visit from Aunt Chelle!  She was into blowing out the candle (her eyes are closed!) and she managed to get it on the 3rd try! But she didn't have to try hard to eat the cupcake ;) LOVED her gifts from Aunt Chelle & the one that was delivered from Uncle Bill, Aunt Laura, and Connor (you'll see it in a few more pictures).... This is April's reaction to the crepe-paper-streamers and balloons that were decorating the dining room on her birthday morning: she enjoyed spaghetti for dinner, and a birthday crown that she got from the Librarian after the class in the afternoon.... it's piggy-toe weather ... and these girls are loving it!!

Chloe can answer numerous catechism questions....and wiggles the whole time she does :)  Here's a video - some of her answers are difficult to hear, so click the link here to read the answers.  The link provides slightly different answers, but the message is the same.  She's also "grinning" at April throughout the video :)

I'm actually posting these pictures, from today the 10th, on the 10th :)  Enjoy! Breakfast with Cat in the Hat today Haven't shown the weekend project the Mr. did....very cool :) Baby care, lots and lots of baby care and! Rice on the porch! because it's warm! also, painting because we were home for the second day in a row ;) while painting, I also made soup.   it looks neon orange in the picture, but I promise it's a nice shade of pinkish red (creamy tomato basil) Nap time. Decided the quilt needed something extra... Just working on learning the states ;)  Or, scribbling on a dry-erase book Sunflower seeds are sprouting!! Some new porch decor....which should match some pillow covers I've got to make....

The other night, while playing after dinner, the girls decided that Daddy was sleepy. So they tucked him in with a pillow and blanket: Gave him a good night kiss (how SWEET is this picture?) and gave him some 'lovies' to sleep with....which was Snookums and a dinosaur!! :)

2 weeks ago, April did not ask for her binky at bedtime....so I didn't give it to her! She asked for it a few times, but is now not seeming to miss it at all!  Kind of nice not to be looking for these things all the time when it's time for sleep! :)
