Last Weekend

Last weekend we visited Kevin's parents and I just uploaded the pictures....So here is a little of what we did while we visited:


Played with some toys ~ Chloe really liked this blue ball!


Took a walk on the (moving) treadmill...guess who's idea this was....


Read some books

Learned about the cash register with Dad:


Picked out the notes to a few songs:

Enjoyed traveling to see Grandpa and Grandma S.!

We had a great visit and are looking forward to the next one! :)

Thanksgiving Turkey

My brother-in-law raises turkeys, and we had one on Thanksgiving this year! It was a 31 pound turkey and took up a lot of space in my refrigerator for a few days before the holiday. I started the cooking process early so it was done by lunchtime.  Here is the turkey, barely fitting into my oven!  "the farmer and the chef" :)
