Kevin and Alison

We headed back to Kevin's parent's house for the weekend to celebrate Mark and JungMin's marriage with a Reception in the States :) We got to meet JungMin's family! April and Chloe loved them - and I think the love was returned -- On Saturday we went to the Reception and Kevin gave a Best Man toast: the cake was cut: and we danced all afternoon! Chloe wore her hanbok for part of the celebration, and she was almost a perfect match with Mrs. Lee! We had a wonderful time visiting with the new Mr. and Mrs.!! :)

Kevin headed home to go back to work, but the girls and I stayed with Mimi and Poppop for 2 extra days. We were having so much fun, I don't have any pictures of those days! We went to the park, played outside, played inside, napped, all sorts of great things :) They are excellent hosts! Laura came to pick us up on Tuesday and we stayed with her and Bill through Thursday. Wednesday was our birthday, and I got to hang out with this happy guy! :) Chloe got some practice for feeding April.....Connor was who she practiced with! :) She's actually quite good :) This was probably the highlight of her trip ;) and the look on Connor's face in the second picture looks like "hurry up girl!" We played in the pool and took walks with Cinnamon, because Chloe loves being outdoors despite the 100 degree temperatures. Chloe also started blowing bubbles during our time with Bill and Laura - really blowing them, instead of just thinking that she was! We, like always, tried to ...

We left on the 13th of July to go see a U2 concert....that happened to be close by to Kevin's parents -- and also happened to be during the time of Uncle Mark's visit to the States with his new bride, JungMin. Talk about perfect timing! We got to our destination on Thursday the 14th, and Mark and JungMin got to meet April: and they also got to hang out with Chloe. This was JungMin's first time in the States, so it was her first time meeting Chloe as well! Oh yeah, and the concert was absolutely over-the-top cool :) Even if they aren't your favorite (Steve D.), you'd get caught up in the excitement when the band members walk in - it's hard not to when an entire stadium of people is on their feet cheering!! We went to the concert with Jeff and Liz Jones and it was really fun to catch up with them :) The next morning, we met up with our friends the Jones' and our girls got a chance to play together. We spent about 45 minutes at the playground before givin...

...and now we're catching up on things back at home....emails, paperwork, you know how it is..... our trip was great and so many fun things happened -- look for the update soon! :)

...If I had let her go a few minutes more, she probably would have managed to get her whole fist in her mouth :)

As faithful blog readers know, one of Chloe's favorite things to do is watch Dad cut the grass. Last summer, she would just sit and watch him.....this summer, she's helping out: Ta-Da! Grandma B's marvelous garage sale find :) Chloe is pretty cautious while the real mower is on -- she doesn't get much farther than the back porch. But, once Dad is finished, he helps her out on the tricky parts :)
