Peter is 7 months old! He has transitioned to eating 4 times a day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime.  He eats cereal, bananas, applesauce, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, and most recently tried califlower! He naps in the morning and the afternoon...sometimes a little snooze after dinnertime too. He is such a happy baby!  Very observant of the world around him....noticing what his sisters are up to, loving the train around our Christmas tree.....He likes lots of different toys and I think Row Row Row your Boat is still his favorite :) This boy is still moving and grooving - loves this jumper we are borrowing from my cousin! It's hard to get a clear picture of him because he just moves all the time! He's also sitting up pretty well and has entered my favorite (but fleeting!) time of babyhood:  sitting but not crawling. I'm making this last picture extra big to show Aunt Laura -- here are his teeth!  Peter cut two bottom teet...

We got to meet Santa....and both girls actually talked to him this year.....we plopped Peter down for the picture, which is why he looks a little stunned ;)  Christmas is Coming!!

This picture above was taken at our church's Christmas Tea.  It's for women of the church (of all ages) and is a great way to start the Christmas season!  I took Chloe and April along this year.  I curled their hair before we went and they had fancy dresses on too.  April's hair held those curls really well -- you'll see in the next few photos.  She wanted me to do it again after her bath - she wanted "bouncy hair" she said :) Next up was Saturday's Gingerbread house activity - also at our church.  It was great fun, and here are our two final products.  April's is the top picture, Chloe's is second. Based on Peter's shirt, can you guess what we did on Sunday? That's right! Got our tree :)  Peter and I stayed home because I suspected he was getting pink-eye .... so the girls went with Kevin and picked the most perfect tree! We got to see lots of family over Thanksgiving, which is always a great thing.  First up, Mimi and Poppop's house.... A little reading.... And a little playing.... Then the next day was Thanksgiving! :) This sweet cherub face - isn't he ADORABLE? :) This bib means business, and Peter got to have green beans this Thanksgiving.  I have a feeling he'll be eating a lot more than beans next year ;) Back from that visit, we headed to Mawna and Paps to kick off our Christmas season.  The guys abandoned the girls - which meant we have 5 kids 5 and under to care for all while making hard-tack candy.....so we turned on a movie :) During the scary parts, Mawna came to the rescue. Cinnamon was helping with the candy making :)  The boys returned! Uncle Tom read a funny book to the girls...April looks a little unsure :) Then we kicked the big kids out with the guys and Aunt Chelle....They went up to the parade site a little bit earl...
