For Hire

Peter has really improved on his lawn mowing skills this spring and is ready to take on new jobs (family or friends only - we don't talk to strangers).  He's got good work boots to wear when it's muddy and a pink-bubble-mower that is still going strong after 3 summers.

He really knows how to work around swing sets and garden areas, carefully backing up and trimming around any obstructions. His patterns with the mower aren't quite straight lines, but it will make you smile!

Peter is a team player and will mow alongside others.  Doesn't bother him to wait while Dad goes by.

Look at this team!  They got our yard looking great so quick!!  I'm sure Peter would love to come over and help you out.  Just give him a call :)

Home Decorating

Every so often, I get the urge to re-decorate our entire house. Since that's not really a possibility, I usually just end up changing some pictures or decorations. I was inspired by this post (the blog was found on the side-bar of my cousin's blog ), I thought I'd make a 3-D wall hanging of my own: I might keep it, I might give it as a gift....not sure yet - but I like it! Our downstairs bathroom was in need of a little "perk-up" so I made two coordinating frames to lighten things up: Now this isn't really home decorating....but I'm still including it :) Chloe recently acquired some fancy 4th of July hair clips from Aunt Michelle/Grandma B. She needed the perfect dress to match those clips, so I found some fabric and made one! Check back at the beginning of July for pictures of Chloe wearing this dress! :) My need for creating might have been calmed by these projects...or maybe it's only encouraging me to do more!

Baby Pool

Want to guess when Baby #2 is going to arrive? Post a comment, or send me an email, with your guess and I'll add you in! As a review, here are the rules to the game (taken from Heather Deterding!): 1. Post your guess for the baby's arrival in the "comment" section. Be sure to specify both date and time of day -- either "am" or "pm". 2. Limit one guess per person, and only one entry per time slot-- no sharing! 3. Winner is determined based on time of birth. For example, if the baby is born on April 20th at 7 AM, a guess of "April 20th, AM" would be the winner. In the event that there is no entry for the correct arrival time, the next closest guess based on actual time of birth would win. 4. We will post entries on the Calendar above. Check prior entries before placing your guess! Dates not displayed on the calendar above are still up for grabs. 5. The winner will receive... bragging rights and a congratulatory post h...
