Peter is 11 months!

If I don't post this, will Peter just skip a month of growing and not turn one next month?!

Peter is a great eater, pretty good sleeper, has 4 teeth, and can make a mess faster than anyone.

Busy busy busy is the theme for this kiddo -- he just doesn't stop playing, pulling things down/apart/off -- I have to be within a close range of him or disaster will strike ;)

But, look at those cute little arms we've seen more of since the weather is warming up!

And, baby shoes!

Even if he is busy and makes messes, I just can't get enough of him :) Just a little sweetie!

I'm cherishing the next few weeks before my baby is 1!!

April Hope

Praise God! We are thrilled to announce the birth of April Hope, born this morning at 4:42 a.m. and weighing in at 8 lbs 3 oz. and 20.5 inches long. We think she is beautiful! Thanksgiving Turkey

My brother-in-law raises turkeys, and we had one on Thanksgiving this year! It was a 31 pound turkey and took up a lot of space in my refrigerator for a few days before the holiday. I started the cooking process early so it was done by lunchtime. Here is the turkey, barely fitting into my oven! "the farmer and the chef" :)
