April wakes up with interesting hair styles....


She's needs a t-shirt that says "it was a wild night" :) 


I think it makes me smile so much, because Chloe always has "normal" looking hair when she wakes up.  It has always just stayed in place while she sleeps. Here's proof...taken the same morning :)

Home Decorating

Every so often, I get the urge to re-decorate our entire house. Since that's not really a possibility, I usually just end up changing some pictures or decorations. I was inspired by this post (the blog was found on the side-bar of my cousin's blog ), I thought I'd make a 3-D wall hanging of my own: I might keep it, I might give it as a gift....not sure yet - but I like it! Our downstairs bathroom was in need of a little "perk-up" so I made two coordinating frames to lighten things up: Now this isn't really home decorating....but I'm still including it :) Chloe recently acquired some fancy 4th of July hair clips from Aunt Michelle/Grandma B. She needed the perfect dress to match those clips, so I found some fabric and made one! Check back at the beginning of July for pictures of Chloe wearing this dress! :) My need for creating might have been calmed by these projects...or maybe it's only encouraging me to do more!
