Here is a before and some after pictures of our new roof.  We love it and our neighbors agree- and I'm sure they are as happy as we are that it is finished and they don't have to listen to the hammering and air compressor anymore ;) Before: After:

Last Day of Kindergarten for April! She's excited for the beginning of summer! :) Chloe's last day of First Grade.  She received the "Miss Caring" award :) And what we do in our first week of Summer? Visit this sweetie :) We tired her out a little ;) The 'big' kids spent a bunch of time outside and we had a wonderful time at Tom and Michelle's!

We had our friends come and visit last week.  We got to see U2 in concert and it was great!  Jeff took these pictures and sent them to us. We were standing on the field and were really close. The next day we took the kids to the zoo.  It's hard to get 6 kids looking at a camera but I managed to do it once!! These are good friends of ours.....and we know it because they remained happy to be at our house even though our roof was being replaced the same days as their visit!!!  I'll be posting pictures of that soon :)

Something we were looking forward to doing after the recital was getting hair cuts! These are some pretty drastic before and after pictures :)  They were excited for summer-length hair!

Spent the weekend with our cousins and had a blast :)  We hiked, partied, bowled, ate ice cream in the rain, puzzled, watched shows, and stayed up late. We had a picnic, the guys did guns, the girls crafted, and we ate a lot of great tasting food! We ended the weekend with a parade, visited an orchard, and lunched with Grandma Grandpa Mimi and Poppop!
